As a payroll consultant with our client, you will be an important part of a competent payroll team and will independently manage the entire payroll flow, from start to final delivery. The role involves close collaboration with the company's clients, where you act as an advisor and contact person in payroll matters. The work includes ongoing payroll administration, reporting to authorities and external parties, as well as interpretation and application of laws and regulations. You will work with both Swedish and international clients across various industries, providing a varied and developing everyday work life.

We see that you are a person who enjoys being in the office and thrives in daily dialogue with colleagues and clients. There is also the possibility of hybrid work, where approximately 50/50 office and remote work is possible for those who wish. Even though you work independently, we highly value collaboration, and many assignments are carried out together, with a strong emphasis on team spirit and knowledge exchange, both in daily work and in the community at the office.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and enjoys an advisory role with a lot of client contact. You are structured, take responsibility for your work, and have a genuine interest in delivering quality. At the same time, you are social and like to contribute to a positive work environment where collaboration and relationships are in focus.

You are curious, solution-oriented, and want to continue developing in the payroll field, both professionally and personally. Furthermore, we see that you have post-secondary education in payroll (YH) or equivalent and about 1-3 years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably from an agency. Good system skills and an interest in digital tools (experience with Hogia Lön+ is an advantage) are also important, as well as having excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
